Extreme Followers is a movement and collection game where the player guides a character through a short course while building a larger group. Route choice determines how many followers remain available for later obstacles.

Reach the end of the course with enough followers to satisfy the final challenge or score requirement.
Look ahead for gates, pickups, and obstacles before changing lanes. Choose routes that add to the group, avoid unnecessary losses, and keep enough room for the larger formation.
Drag the mouse horizontally or move one finger left and right to steer. Forward movement is handled automatically by the game.
Evaluate gates by their final effect on the whole group, not just by the number printed on them. Avoiding one large loss can be better than collecting several small bonuses.
