Bikini Surfing Rescue is a water-course game that combines forward movement, obstacle avoidance, and collecting or assisting characters along the route. The challenge is to keep a stable path while reacting to changes in the course.

Reach the end of the surfing route, avoid hazards, and complete the rescue or collection requirement shown by the current stage.
Look ahead along the water lane, steer toward required pickups or characters, and move away from obstacles before they reach the board. Use wider sections to prepare for sharp changes.
Drag the mouse left and right or steer with one finger on touch screens. Forward movement is normally automatic while the player controls horizontal position.
Plan the exit from each pickup before moving toward it. A collectible is not useful if its position leaves no room to avoid the next obstacle.
